Billing Policy

Marriage Hunt is a paid membership network. An active membership is required to access member features including Explore, introductions, meetups, and messaging after your application is accepted and your profile photos are complete.

We offer monthly and annual membership plans. Current prices are shown on the membership activation page before checkout and are processed securely through Stripe.

Plan prices may be updated from time to time. Price changes apply to new purchases and renewals after notice as described in our Terms.

Membership subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.

• Monthly plans renew every month.
• Annual plans renew every year.
• You authorize recurring charges when you complete checkout.

You may cancel your membership at any time from Membership settings or the Stripe customer billing portal linked from your account.

Cancellation prevents future renewals. You retain access through the end of the current paid period unless your membership is suspended for policy violations or non-payment.

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once charged, except where required by applicable law or where Marriage Hunt explicitly agrees otherwise in writing.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly at [email protected] with your account email and charge details.

If a renewal payment fails, your membership may enter a past-due state. While past due, member access may be suspended until payment is resolved through the billing portal.

We may change membership pricing with reasonable notice. Continued membership after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price for subsequent billing periods.
